Iraqi Health Ministry official shot dead in Baghdad
BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Unknown gunmen killed an official of the health ministry late wednesday in western Baghdad, a police source said Thursday [1 April]. “The gunmen stormed the house of deputy director of the health ministry, Mohammad Jalab Ahmad, in al-Shamasiya region in western Baghdad,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. “They shot and killed him and fled to unknown place,” the source added.
AC Comment: This will just more complicate things in the formation of the Iraq government. We will watch to see if there will be any retaliation to groups or political blocks and who will be blamed. Will keep you informed.
